Yes — creating an account and uploading is free today. List tracks and albums on the Wavmark catalog, set your own prices, and listeners can buy directly through Stripe. The paid plans (which unlock streaming distribution and the sync licensing marketplace) are pre-launch — we're aiming to launch these features in June 2026.

Sync licensing is in active development. When it ships, your tracks will be listed in the Wavmark sync catalog — brands, agencies, and content creators will be able to browse, preview, and license your music with terms and prices you control. In the meantime, you can list individual tracks and albums for direct purchase, and buyers can download them through standard Stripe checkout.

The full sync licensing flow is coming soon. Today, you can buy and download individual tracks and albums directly from creator pages — pick what you want, pay through Stripe, and the file is yours immediately. When licensing launches, you'll be able to add project-specific terms on top of that.

Distribution to streaming services is in active development. When it launches, Wavmark will push to 50+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, Tidal, Deezer, and more. You'll be able to enable distribution from your dashboard once it's live.

When streaming distribution launches, you keep 100% of your streaming royalties — Wavmark won't take a cut. For direct purchases live today, the revenue share is tiered and shown on each release when you set a price (starts at 50% creator share and grows to 70% as your earnings on Wavmark grow).

Direct purchase payouts run through Stripe Connect today — connect your account from settings, and earnings transfer to your bank on a monthly cycle once you clear the $20 minimum. When sync licensing and streaming distribution launch, those payouts use the same Stripe Connect flow.
